What Drives Him
Jaimie is a strong proponent of the PMO being the backbone of any project’s success; he believes that the information it provides is the basis of all decisions and, therefore, must be accurate, robust, transparent & trusted. Embracing technology and the human readability of the information it produces ensures that those who need it get it in a way they can understand and use effectively.
Back Story and Achievements
Jaimie started his career as a 3D Mechanical design engineer before moving to Project Controls. Throughout his career, he has gained experience and knowledge in all aspects of the PMO, from Planning, RAID Management, Delay Analysis, Change Control and Contract & Commercial Management. Coupled with his time in the client, contractor and consultant roles gives him a unique ability to look at all sides of an issue and advise on the most appropriate course of action. In addition, he has been involved in UK’s most prestigious infrastructure projects from LHR T2A, Crossrail, HS2 and Heathrow Expansion, as well as numerous smaller projects.

Fun Facts
Jaimie has a number of interests from breaking things in his “Stark Lab/Bat Cave” to spending time with family and dogs. He like to keep active with a wide range of wacky adventures, with this year’s being summed up in the following phrase:
“Jaimie runs ultras because marathons aren’t crazy enough”
