What Drives Him
Ruvinde embraces the Japanese philosophy ‘Kaizen’ at both business and personal level. This philosophy of continuous improvement enables him to regularly challenge himself and others around him whilst being open to new approaches.
He finds passion in developing teams through empowerment and by devoting time to understand team dynamics. He is often drawn to a white board to share his vision in order to develop and strategize a route for project execution. He enjoys building synergy with his team to drive project certainty and delivery.
He takes great interest in understanding the market which our clients operate and how their construction project aligns with their overall business strategy for operational readiness. He is particularly keen on providing strategic advice on construction variability prior to execution.
He is a strong advocate for maximising opportunities with technology, having been involved on a pilot project with RFID technology and BIM integration for a major landmark project in the City of London.
